Secure credit card payment
Buy safely on Bandeja Shop with your credit card (CB/Mastercard/Visa). We use the HiPay solution to secure all our transactions. The entire payment process between the buyer and HiPay is fully encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL coupled with electronic banking. This means that the information related to the order and the credit card number do not circulate in clear on the Internet.
In addition, to guarantee even more security :
⇒ The credit card number is not printed on any paper, invoice, bill or other listing
⇒ We never take note of the card numbers
⇒ HiPay does not retain card numbers after transmitting the payment transaction to the merchant's bank
Thus, no one has access to the credit card details of the purchasers, either electronically or in printed form.
The risk of having one's credit card number "hacked" when purchasing from a HiPay-enabled website is almost zero.
4X credit card payment with Alma
Bandeja Shop offers its customers the possibility of paying in 4 instalments by credit card with our partner Alma. Alma is a French company that works with thousands of e-retailers.
This payment is available from 200€ and up to 2000€ under certain conditions:
- The Alma solution is only available to customers with a credit card registered in France
- The validity date of the credit card must be more than 3 months before the date of your order
- The credit card holder must be identical to the personal information entered
- You must hold a Visa, Mastercard or credit card card registered in France. Systematic authorization cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards and foreign cards are not accepted
- Once the order has been placed on our site, and the payment by credit accepted, the order can no longer be modified (addition or modification of products)
In the event that you request the return of one or more products, once the return has been accepted by us, we will request a refund from Alma for the amount of the returned item.
If your order contains only one item, you will be reimbursed for the first instalment and subsequent instalments will be cancelled.
If your order contains more than one item, your monthly payments will be recalculated according to the amount still outstanding.
The cost to the customer is 2.33% of the order amount.
IMPORTANT: a credit commits you and must be repaid. Check your ability to repay before committing yourself.
